What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable full-stack systems across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers.
• Implement high-impact features using TypeScript, React, Node.js, MongoDB, and Temporal.
• Collaborate with internal operators to identify bottlenecks and ship pragmatic solutions.
• Architect infrastructure capable of handling millions of tasks per week with low latency.
• Partner cross-functionally with ML teams and Product to ensure data quality.
• Mentor teammates through code reviews and establish engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience in high-growth, product-focused environments.
• Proven track record of shipping production systems at scale.
• Deep technical expertise in frontend frameworks, distributed systems, or data infrastructure.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and/or Temporal.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco, New York, or Seattle (Hybrid).
• Strong product sense and ability to translate ambiguous problems into technical solutions.
