Payroll Advisor (Czech Payroll): Delivering accurate and timely payroll for more than 3,500 employees in the Czech Republic with an accent on payroll operations, compliance controls, reconciliations, and vendor management. Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office. No relocation support is provided. The fixed-term contract expires in June 2028.

What you will do

• Execute daily payroll operations and ensure accurate, timely salary processing within the assigned scope.
• Maintain relationships with external payroll providers and vendors to secure high-quality service.
• Perform payroll reconciliations, controls, and compliance-related activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues and business partners to ensure continuity and sustainable implementation of global processes.
• Identify and implement improvements that increase payroll efficiency and precision.
• Support the manager, coordinate tasks, and participate in payroll initiatives and projects.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience with Czech payroll processes and systems.
• Understanding of payroll legislation and tax rules in the Czech Republic.
• Fluency in English and Czech is required.
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel.
• Experience in a shared service center or with a payroll provider.
• Experience with payroll compliance controls and a proactive, collaborative approach.

• Experience with payroll systems such as SAP.
