What you will do

• Validate end-to-end payroll cycles for UK, France, Italy, and Portugal, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Ensure full compliance with local tax, social security, pension, and labor regulations across regional entities.
• Manage relationships and performance (SLAs, KPIs) with local payroll providers and in-country partners.
• Align regional payroll workflows with Global Payroll Hub standards and drive process automation.
• Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for complex payroll inquiries from employees and local authorities.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Treasury teams to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Portuguese payroll (mandatory).
• Experience in France, UK, or Italian payroll processes.
• 3+ years of total experience in multi-national payroll.
• Fluent in English.
• Technical proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP) and payroll systems.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Cheb office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Strong proficiency in French, Italian, or Portuguese for communication with local authorities.
