What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of credit customers and maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor overdue invoices and coordinate timely collection activities via telephone and email.
• Identify potential credit risks through proactive monitoring and data analysis.
• Prepare repayment schedules and support customers in resolving overdue accounts.
• Transfer doubtful debts to external collection agencies and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Customer Service, and Finance teams to improve internal processes.

Requirements

• Fluent German (C1), both written and spoken.
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Experience, Finance, Credit & Collections, or Accounts Receivable.
• Secondary education required (degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration is an advantage).
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Ability to work from the Prague office.

Nice to have

• Experience using ERP or financial systems.
• English language proficiency.
