What you will do

• Inspect, observe, and document construction activities for compliance with plans, specifications, schedules, and contract documents.
• Perform field measurements and mathematical calculations to verify completed work and support payment processes.
• Prepare daily inspection reports covering contractor labor, equipment, and verified material quantities.
• Coordinate material testing and inspection activities with contractors, superintendents, agency personnel, and client partners.
• Support construction plans, technical specifications, cost estimates, bid documents, quantity takeoffs, and design-related analyses.
• Review change order logs, RFIs, and cost proposals while helping organize field inspection activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least five years of construction inspection experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record required.
• Ability to obtain required certifications and pass qualification tests within specified time frames; ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 pounds.
