What you will do

• Support end-to-end recruitment by posting vacancies, screening technical and non-technical candidates, and coordinating interviews.
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruitment data through the applicant tracking system.
• Assist with onboarding and maintain accurate digital employee and company records.
• Track leave records and support compliance with the Malaysia Employment Act 1955 and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
• Coordinate employee engagement events, company communications, and feedback-gathering initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Availability for an internship of at least 4 months.
• Strong command of English and Mandarin is required.
• High integrity when handling confidential information and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Adaptability, a proactive attitude, and comfort working in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
• Interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or fintech and confidence with digital tools.
