HR Generalist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Manage onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, and professional offboarding.
• Handle foreign worker Employment Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations through MOM.
• Process payroll and administer government claims, including Childcare Leave claims.
• Manage IR21 tax clearance for departing foreign employees and support annual IR8A submissions.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Singapore’s Employment Act and statutory regulations.
• Plan and lead company-wide engagement events and HR initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in human resources management within financial services or fintech.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore employment law, MOM regulations, and IRAS tax requirements, including IR8A and IR21.
• Hands-on experience with payroll processing and government claims such as Childcare Leave.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with senior leadership across departments.
• Availability for a six-month, on-site contract covering maternity leave from September 2026.
