What you will do

• Manage HR system administration in PeopleForce, including workflow configuration and data accuracy.
• Document and optimize HR processes, guidelines, and the knowledge base in Confluence.
• Administer the employee lifecycle, covering onboarding, probation, and offboarding.
• Provide operational support to employees and managers regarding HR policies and internal procedures.
• Coordinate corporate learning programs and support LMS platform implementation and administration.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple concurrent processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive ownership mindset.
• Ability to create structured documentation and clear instructions.
• Fluency in Russian and Ukrainian languages.
• Excellent English level (C1/C2).

Nice to have

• Experience with PeopleForce or other HRM systems.
• Proficiency with Confluence, Jira, or Notion.
• Previous experience in startups, IT, or Fintech environments.
