Location: On-site in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Temporary election-cycle work runs from August 3 to November 13, 2026, with possible occasional weekend and on-call requirements. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
Salary: $25 per hour, approximately $4,000 per month based on a full-time monthly equivalent, plus small stipends and accrued sick time.

What you will do
- Build relationships with approximately 1,000 high-potential voters through canvassing, phone calls, and personalized peer-to-peer texts.
- Complete at least three meaningful interactions with each assigned voter and prioritize existing community relationships.
- Organize neighborhood gatherings and community events that encourage connection and civic engagement.
- Record outreach interactions, voter feedback, community concerns, and resource needs in tracking platforms.
- Collaborate with Organizers on outreach reviews, feedback sessions, reporting, and quality control.
Requirements
- Must work on-site in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
- Deep roots in the local neighborhood or community and the ability to build trust with strangers.
- Strong empathy, emotional intelligence, and active listening skills.
- Comfort using mobile applications and relational databases for engagement tracking and data entry.
- Commitment to the full temporary program period and reliable follow-through on community support.
Nice to have
- Experience in community organizing, door-to-door canvassing, census work, or other forms of informal community outreach.
- Familiarity with civic engagement or relational organizing.
