What you will do
- Identify and refer employees to local and national resources for financial, legal, and basic needs support.
- Consult with employees on navigating mental health benefits and treatment options.
- Collaborate with internal care teams to manage emergency funding and resource referrals.
- Document and track metrics related to social work involvement and referral outcomes.
- Represent the company onsite and build relationships with key customer contacts.
- Promote community care services to the workforce to ensure high engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
- Must be able to work onsite in Amsterdam, NY (zip code 12010) with a set weekly schedule.
- Experience working with diverse populations within the social work industry.
- Depth of knowledge in connecting individuals to local and national resources.
- Proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
- Comfortable using various computer platforms in a tech-enabled environment.
