What you will do
- Capture customer use cases and analyze the market environment.
- Develop deep product knowledge and demonstrate platform features to customers and stakeholders.
- Understand software implementation and partner APIs to design viable solutions.
- Develop and validate high-quality solutions with customers, management, and engineers.
- Define requirements clearly for development managers, developers, QA engineers, and technical writers.
Requirements
- Write clearly and precisely in English.
- Code in at least one programming language.
- Work with APIs and understand how to use them.
- Understand modern web and SaaS technologies.
- Be able to analyze customer needs and communicate solutions clearly across technical and business stakeholders.

- Knowledge of IP telephony.
