AI Strategist (Fintech)

TL;DR

AI Strategist (Fintech): Identifying and developing agentic AI use cases for banking and financial services clients with an accent on client engagement, solution design, and AI-powered automation. Focus on building prototypes and demos, translating opportunities into delivery plans, and expanding successful solutions into the Agentic Studio Core platform.

Location: Hybrid role based in Athens, Attica, Greece, with ongoing on-site client work.

What you will do

• Maintain ongoing relationships with C-level and operational stakeholders at client organizations.
• Identify high-value agentic AI use cases and automation opportunities across client processes.
• Build and present demos, prototypes, results, and proposals to technical and executive audiences.
• Map client processes and design end-to-end replacement solutions through on-site collaboration.
• Translate discoveries into scoped delivery plans for the FDE.
• Distinguish client-specific requests from reusable patterns for the Agentic Studio Core platform and feed new opportunities into product and sales teams.

Requirements

• Background in banking or credit operations, financial services consulting, or product management in a fintech or BFSI environment.
• Working proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration for building and iterating on demos and prototypes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical teams and C-suite audiences.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and build long-term trust with C-level stakeholders.
• Greek fluency is required for client-facing work; English is required for internal communication.
• Ability to work on-site with clients and support regulatory and anti-bribery compliance requirements.
