AI Strategist (Fintech)

Location: Athens, Attica, Greece; hybrid workplace with on-site client presence

What you will do

• Maintain an ongoing on-site relationship with client C-level and operational stakeholders.
• Identify high-value agentic AI use cases and automation opportunities.
• Build and present demos, prototypes, results, and proposals to technical and executive audiences.
• Translate discovered opportunities into scoped delivery plans for the FDE.
• Distinguish one-off client requests from reusable patterns for the Agentic Studio Core platform and escalate suitable patterns to the product team.
• Feed emerging opportunities into GTM and Sales while mapping end-to-end processes and designing replacement solutions.

Requirements

• Background in banking, credit operations, financial-services consulting, or product management in a fintech/BFSI environment.
• Working proficiency in Python and understanding of API integration.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical teams and C-suite audiences.
• Ability to operate with ambiguity and build long-term trust with senior stakeholders.
• Greek fluency required for client-facing work; English required for internal communication.
• Ability to work on-site with clients as part of the hybrid role.
