What you will do
- Define and drive the vision, strategy, roadmap, release calendar, and backlog for the AI, Data Analytics & Reporting product area.
- Translate clinical supply and operational challenges into digital product opportunities in partnership with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and design through delivery, operations, and continuous improvement.
- Lead a cross-functional product team of software, data, infrastructure, design, and user-support professionals.
- Establish KPIs and OKRs to measure user adoption, product value, ROI, and business impact.
- Ensure products meet security, stability, usability, performance, sustainability, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, engineering, information systems, business, or a related field, plus 7+ years of relevant experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on product management or product ownership experience with digital, data, or AI products.
- Experience with product management, business analysis, customer journeys, user behavior, product performance, and digital analytics.
- Experience working in agile teams and translating business requirements into backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Experience with data science, machine learning, AI, independent problem solving, and data exploration.
- Ability to use modern AI tools independently to build proofs of concept, mockups, or preliminary wireframes.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in computer science, data science, logistics, or a related business discipline.
- Experience managing delivery through external vendors or contractor teams.
- Agile or Scrum certification and demonstrated cross-functional leadership.
- Experience with generative and agentic AI solutions, computer systems validation, and GxP requirements.
