What you will do

• Shape digital transformation initiatives for globally leading companies while considering overall technical solutions and client-specific circumstances.
• Drive strategic IT implementation projects using agile methods and modern delivery approaches.
• Analyze client situations and market developments, including machine learning trends, to develop tailored customer journeys.
• Design and optimize enterprise IT architectures, custom software solutions, and sustainable digital platforms.
• Integrate cyber resilience into digital and technology solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, informatics, or a related discipline with higher-than-average grades.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT consulting experience, including transformation and implementation projects across strategy and operations.
• Experience leading project teams of more than three people.
• Knowledge of machine learning, cyber resilience, DevOps, agile methods, AI, and robotics.
• Experience with IT organization and process development and with creating complex business cases.
• Professional communication skills in Greek and English, plus flexibility and willingness to travel.
