AI Team Lead

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of GenAI, LLM, and Machine Learning solutions for enterprise clients.
• Lead and grow a team of AI and ML engineers, collaborating with MLOps and DevOps specialists.
• Design and oversee scalable, reusable, extensible ML and GenAI architectures and pipelines.
• Advise senior client stakeholders, lead workshops, present technical solutions, and shape AI adoption roadmaps.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across concurrent projects, including steering committees, reporting, and escalations.
• Mentor team members, manage development plans, and execute the GenAI, LLM, and ML strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Engineering, Operational Research, or a related field.
• 6+ years of AI/ML engineering experience delivering enterprise or consulting projects from conception to production, including at least 2 years in people management or practice leadership.
• Experience managing client relationships, leading workshops, and presenting to senior non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives and board members.
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, GenAI, open-source frameworks, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, LLM models, and production deployment patterns.
• Understanding of MLOps, AI model lifecycle management, Model Context Protocol, and cloud platforms including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI technologies, prompt engineering, and leading LLM models such as Claude, GPT, Gemini, and the Nvidia AI stack.

Nice to have

• Experience in consulting, systems integration, or professional services.
• Experience with AIOps, LLM monitoring, AI governance, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or AI evaluation tools.
• Pre-sales or business development experience in AI and data services.
• PhD in Operational Research.
