What you will do

• Lead a team of AI engineers and DevOps/MLOps specialists to design and optimize GenAI architectures.
• Collaborate with data scientists for the implementation of GenAI models.
• Deliver end-to-end GenAI and LLM applications for key transformation projects.
• Execute the GenAI and LLM strategy including technology and methodologies.
• Collaborate with platform teams to evolve big data platforms.
• Articulate technical methods and results to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with 3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in designing and building GenAI solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Ability to drive innovation in AI capabilities.
