What you will do
- Lead one Scrum team as Product Manager and provide product vision and direction.
- Drive discovery, development, and delivery of digital casino game experiences in the Casino RNG vertical.
- Create epics and user stories, manage the backlog, and plan iterations based on business value, ROI, regulatory deadlines, and operational impact.
- Plan product releases, set delivery expectations, and remove impediments affecting sprint or release goals.
- Partner with designers, engineers, Group Product Managers, commercial stakeholders, compliance, finance, and external game providers.
- Analyze market opportunities, regulatory and financial requirements, and customer needs to improve engagement, retention, and player satisfaction.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of Product Manager experience in a technology environment or with software products.
- Solid experience with Agile and Scrum practices.
- Ability to define requirements that address business challenges and identify the necessary technical and business changes.
- Clear and concise communication across technology and business teams.
- AI-first mindset with practical use of AI tools and assistants for productivity, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Understanding of technology, programming languages, and software architecture is advantageous.
