What you will do

• Develop and manage relationships with approximately 1,000 high-potential voters via door-to-door visits, phone calls, and peer-to-peer texting.
• Organize and execute local gatherings and community events to facilitate neighbor connections.
• Utilize outreach tracking platforms to document interaction details and community concerns.
• Collaborate with Organizers for outreach reviews and verification of engagement standards.

Requirements

• Deep roots in the local neighborhood and the ability to engage easily with strangers.
• High emotional intelligence and active listening skills.
• Comfort using mobile apps and relational databases for tracking and data entry.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States; no sponsorship available.
• Commitment to the full program duration from August 3 to November 13, 2026.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in community organizing, door-knocking, or census work.
• Informal or unconventional community outreach experience.
