What you will do

• Provide support to clients accessing economic empowerment services.
• Assist in the delivery of federal R&P and APA resettlement services.
• Manage sensitive client information with strict confidentiality.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to support vulnerable populations.
• Perform data entry using Microsoft Excel and other internal software.

Requirements

• Must be a current undergraduate/graduate student or within 12 months of graduation.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or possess active and compliant U.S. work authorization.
• Availability during IRC business hours (M-F, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
• Strong intercultural communication skills for working with diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Nice to have

• Previous experience working with vulnerable populations.
• Background in social work or social services.
• Ability to make a multi-term commitment.
• Proficiency in languages other than English for interpretation services.
