What you will do

• Manage event logistics for assigned conferences and tradeshows.
• Prepare technology for exhibits, including firmware updates and product configurations.
• Coordinate event registration and show services for staff.
• Maintain and organize event materials.
• Gather feedback to suggest future process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Chelmsford, MA
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or related field.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
