IT Senior Support Technician

What you will do

• Serve as the final escalation point for complex hardware, software, network, and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding automation, including Entra ID and HiBob-driven provisioning workflows.
• Administer Intune, Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Slack, and related security tools.
• Own patch management, vulnerability remediation planning, security reviews, and IT asset inventory processes.
• Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs, servers, and critical infrastructure.
• Mentor Level 1 and Level 2 technicians and maintain high-quality technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in IT support with progression into senior or project-owning responsibilities.
• College diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Slack, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong networking expertise covering LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, firewall configuration, and VPN administration.
• Ability to independently resolve complex cross-system issues and deliver IT process or infrastructure projects end to end.
• Strong communication, customer service, ownership, autonomy, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Microsoft Azure Administrator Associate or Security Operations Analyst Associate certification.
• CCNA or an equivalent networking certification.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification.
