What you will do

• Install, rack, stack, and cable servers, network devices, and storage systems following approved work instructions.
• Perform hardware repairs, component replacements, and equipment decommissioning.
• Complete daily system checks and preventive maintenance, reviewing alerts and logs.
• Troubleshoot hardware, imaging, and connectivity issues using diagnostic steps.
• Support server imaging and deployment using tools like MDT, WDS, or PXE.
• Maintain accurate records in ticketing, inventory, and asset management systems.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Redmond/Totem Lake, WA
• 1+ year of experience in data center operations, IT hardware support, or field services.
• Foundational knowledge of server components, network devices, and structured cabling.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, IP addressing, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs.
• Ability to follow detailed technical procedures and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Associate degree or technical diploma in IT, networking, or electronics.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or Server+ certifications.
• Experience with server imaging tools like MDT, WDS, or PXE.
