What you will do

• Analyze customer business requirements and translate them into architectural designs for key infrastructure components.
• Design, construct, configure, and maintain all facets of an Office 365 Tenant.
• Plan and execute end-to-end implementations of target workloads.
• Resolve escalated tier 3 and tier 4 technical issues related to M365.
• Perform security analysis and configuration using Microsoft Defender and Sentinel.
• Develop and manage long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted technical advisor.

Requirements

• US Citizenship (clearable) is strictly required.
• Deep hands-on experience delivering messaging and collaboration solutions using Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 in large, complex environments.
• SME-level expertise across the Office 365 stack, including OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform, and Entra.
• Proficiency with Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune endpoint management, and Conditional Access.
• Expertise in security posture administration, including Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, and custom KQL queries.
• Knowledge of the MITRE framework or similar security postures.
