What you will do

• Define the high-level design vision and architecture that connects the entire Okta product portfolio.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and R&D to translate business ambitions into compelling product visions.
• Establish company-wide design standards, interaction paradigms, and governance processes.
• Lead company-wide discovery efforts and facilitate strategic design thinking sessions at the executive level.
• Evangelize AI-assisted design workflows and integrate AI into the product strategy.
• Mentor and uplevel senior and principal designers across the organization.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with significant time at a senior or principal level.
• Proven expertise in designing for enterprise scale and identity security.
• Practical experience leveraging AI-powered design tools and plugins in daily workflows.
• Experience leading design strategy at the executive level for complex product portfolios.
• Proficiency in Figma, Miro, and similar facilitation tools.
• Must be based in one of the specified US hubs (Bellevue, Chicago, New York, Washington DC).
