Location: Must be based in the UK (London office or remote within the UK with ad hoc meetings in London). Relocation to the UK and visa sponsorship are available.

Salary: £125,400 - £169,600 + Incentive Awards.

What you will do

• Define the roadmap for the Credit Platform, evolving shared infrastructure for lending strategies.
• Lead the development of credit valuation capabilities, including NPV modelling frameworks.
• Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of five Credit Analysts.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Machine Learning, and Risk teams to accelerate experimentation.
• Represent the Credit Platform to senior leadership, translating technical concepts into strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK or willing to relocate.
• Extensive experience in unsecured lending and deep understanding of lending economics.
• Strong expertise in NPV modelling and credit decisioning infrastructure.
• Proven track record of leading and developing analytical talent.
• Strong analytical capabilities with mandatory proficiency in SQL.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills.
