Location: Hybrid (New Jersey); must be in office at least 3 days a week

What you will do

• Serve as the primary Crypto Derivatives product expert for current and prospective clients.
• Manage direct coverage and relationships with the largest Crypto Derivatives clients in the Americas.
• Collaborate with the Americas sales team to promote derivatives products and share market color.
• Strategically expand hirify.global's Crypto Derivatives client base across the region.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client-facing derivatives sales role.
• Deep expertise in Crypto Options and familiarity with structured products.
• An extensive, transferable book of business and established relationships with crypto-native Americas derivatives clients.
• Must be based in New Jersey and able to work from the office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of options pricing models, risk systems, and relevant software.
• Degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science.
