What you will do

• Develop and execute global sales strategies for crypto financial products.
• Build and maintain relationships with hedge funds, family offices, exchanges, and prime brokers.
• Manage the full sales cycle from origination and negotiation to contract closure and onboarding.
• Act as a trusted advisor on market-making, liquidity, and algorithmic trading strategies.
• Collaborate with trading, technology, and operations teams to ensure seamless client delivery.
• Achieve P&L targets through proactive business development and pipeline management.

Requirements

• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in institutional finance or trading.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency markets, including derivatives, RFQs, and liquidity.
• Experience in building new business within sales or trading roles at leading firms.
• Proficiency in account-based marketing, pipeline forecasting, and challenger sales methodologies.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for presenting complex solutions.
