PMO Lead

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between the APAC Workstream and the Global PMO.
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks, templates, reporting standards, and quality gates.
• Own the APAC Workstream Jira structure and maintain accurate initiatives, epics, stories, tasks, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage Confluence documentation, meeting materials, action logs, and decision logs.
• Coordinate RAID logs, cross-project dependencies, risks, issues, and milestone tracking.
• Drive timely updates, transparent reporting, and accountability across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in PMO, program management, project management, or project coordination.
• Strong experience with PMO governance, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder management in complex programs.
• Hands-on expertise with Jira and Confluence, including planning, tracking, reporting, and documentation management.
• Experience with RAID logs, dependencies, risks, issues, milestones, and Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methods.
• Fluent Malay and English are required.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or a similar certification.
