What you will do

• Manage Architecture Governance and ICAG review processes, ensuring effective intake, prioritization, and execution.
• Facilitate architecture review sessions and coordinate stakeholders across Architecture, Engineering, Cloud, Risk, and Business teams.
• Track architecture decisions, risks, actions, and remediation plans through completion.
• Support the delivery of cloud modernization, technology transformation, and AI/GenAI governance processes.
• Develop governance metrics, dashboards, and executive reports for leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of governance frameworks and operating procedures.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Program Management, Architecture Governance, or Technology Strategy.
• Experience managing complex technology initiatives within large enterprise environments.
• Working knowledge of Azure, AWS, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Strong Agile delivery knowledge, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
