What you will do

• Create and lead compelling virtual trainings for neighborhood captains across dozens of states and hundreds of counties.
• Co-design and continuously refine the training curriculum and manage the shared resource library.
• Manage a small team of part-time trainers, including scheduling, coordination, and weekly one-on-one meetings.
• Partner with the communications team to develop recruitment templates and social toolkits.
• Conduct biweekly office hours to provide support and peer learning opportunities for captains.

Requirements

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (sponsorship is not available).
• 2–3 years of experience managing staff and volunteers within a campaign environment.
• Extensive experience in virtual presentation and facilitation, with the ability to engage remote audiences.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
• Mission-driven alignment with the goal of strengthening the Democratic Party.
• Preferred: Roots in a rural community and experience in the food service or retail industry.
