What you will do

• Manage the full employee lifecycle for Spain, including onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding.
• Act as the primary HR point of contact for Spanish employees and managers.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, checks, and statutory obligations for Spain and Greece.
• Maintain HR data accuracy and processes within SuccessFactors and other systems.
• Contribute to South Europe HR projects, such as engagement initiatives and process improvements.
• Explore and implement AI-enabled tools to simplify HR workflows and enhance employee experience.

Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English required.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related field.
• Solid experience in HR generalist, HR operations, or payroll coordination roles.
• Proven ability to work in an international or matrix organization.
• Strong understanding of Spanish labour law and HR practices.
• Confidence with HR systems, data management, and digital tools.
