What you will do

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Own engineering execution and delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time with high quality.
• Continuously improve engineering processes, including planning, retrospectives, and release management.
• Promote high standards for architecture, code quality, automated testing, and CI/CD.
• Champion the use of AI-assisted development tools to increase productivity and delivery speed.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to translate business priorities into technical plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• Proven track record leading teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Strong technical background in modern web applications and distributed systems.
• Deep understanding of software architecture, CI/CD, and automated testing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL, or React Native.
• Experience scaling teams in high-growth startups.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and observability.
• Proficiency with AI tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
