What you will do

• Lead a team of software engineers, managing career growth and sprint execution.
• Drive technical strategy, roadmap planning, and microservices design for device monitoring and alerting.
• Develop full-stack code using TypeScript, Node.js, and React for real-time dashboards and APIs.
• Manage containerized applications with Docker, Kubernetes (via Helm), and AWS managed services (S3, API Gateway, SQS).
• Implement AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor) to optimize team delivery speed.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading, managing, or mentoring software engineers with a focus on growth.
• Strong hands-on coding proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.
• Experience with SQL databases, AWS cloud environments, and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strategic mindset for designing microservices and turning complex unknowns into actionable plans.
• Must be based in the USA.
