What you will do

• Provide ongoing support and assistance to product teams using Jira and Confluence.
• Perform tool maintenance, version upgrades, and configuration enhancements.

• Ensure the technical and functional sustainability of project management tools.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and French (C1 level required).
• Experience in Jira and Confluence administration, including plugins like XRAY and Easy Agile.
• Knowledge of requirements management and backlog management methodologies.
• Experience in banking or financial sector projects.
• Ability to work in an Agile and SAFe environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from Porto or Lisbon (Hybrid).
