Junior IT Support Specialist

Location: In-person office support four days per week; hirify.global offices are in Amsterdam and Lisbon.

What you will do

• Prepare IT equipment and accessories for new employees and provide onboarding support.
• Manage the preparation, distribution, tracking, repair, replacement, and inventory of MacBooks and other IT assets.
• Coordinate device returns and complete offboarding logistics with employees and managers.
• Maintain documentation, resolve onboarding and offboarding tickets, and audit task completion.
• Manage equipment vendors, shipments, replacements, pricing, and quality.
• Provision employee eSIM profiles and collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and shipment providers.

Requirements

• 0–1 years of experience in IT support or a related role.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Customer-service-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and resilient approach.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to be physically present in the office four days per week for in-person support.
• Hands-on mindset and motivation to keep learning about IT trends and technologies.
