What you will do

• Diagnose issues, perform minor repairs, and replace modules on EPOS systems, self-checkouts, PCs, workstations, and peripherals.
• Provide second-line maintenance for ATMs and kiosks.
• Install, maintain, and repair customer equipment across an assigned territory to support operational continuity.
• Own customer incidents through resolution and deliver against agreed service-level requirements.
• Travel for field assignments, including carrying tools and parts, working rotating shifts when required, and performing prolonged physical activity.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while developing network and infrastructure skills.

Requirements

• Full Danish driving license.
• Experience with Windows operating systems and PC hardware maintenance.
• Basic networking knowledge and experience in break/fix, IT, computer, or mechanical repair preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Problem-solving skills, ability to learn quickly, work under pressure, and manage time proactively.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
