What you will do

• Oversee best-in-class programmatic campaign activation and optimization for a diverse portfolio of accounts.
• Build effective media plans and create proven methodologies for optimization across key trading tactics.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, training, and development for a hybrid team of programmatic specialists.
• Cultivate strong relationships with clients and media owners to drive revenue and spot new growth opportunities.
• Ensure financial accuracy, including the reconciliation of spends and programmatic fees.
• Proactively monitor the programmatic landscape to integrate the latest tech platforms and vendors.

Requirements

• Proven experience in programmatic multi-channel campaign activation and management.
• Confidence in core trading platforms: DV360, TTD, and Amazon.
• Experience with ad serving technologies and proficiency in troubleshooting tags.
• Ability to translate complex technical programmatic concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading and managing hybrid teams across different markets.
• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
