What you will do

• Own and optimize paid digital channels including paid search, paid social, and programmatic display.
• Analyze search query reports, audiences, and budgets to identify waste and growth opportunities.
• Manage campaign setup and tracking using SA360, DV360, Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Monitor digital spend against monthly targets and report on pacing and CPL.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to test new creative hooks and messaging.
• Build and launch campaign landing pages and interactive content via the internal CMS.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from London, UK
• Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing within a fast-paced agency or high-growth environment.
• Expertise in building and managing paid search campaigns, including bid and budget optimization.
• Proficiency with Google Marketing Platform (specifically SA360 and Campaign Manager).
• Experience managing Meta Ads Manager campaigns with a focus on audiences and formats.
• Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of UTMs and conversion tracking.

Nice to have

• Experience with DV360 and programmatic display campaigns.
