What you will do

• Lead the strategy, setup, and optimization of programmatic campaigns across major DSPs including DV360, The Trade Desk, and Amazon DSP.
• Build and manage trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations and performance insights.
• Develop structured testing roadmaps to continuously improve audience targeting, bidding efficiency, and performance outcomes.
• Manage budgets and forecasts to consistently meet or exceed client KPIs such as CPA and ROAS.
• Mentor junior team members by providing guidance on campaign builds, trafficking, and programmatic strategy.
• Identify commercial opportunities to grow client accounts and contribute to new business pitches.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing programmatic campaigns across major DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP).
• Proven ability to lead programmatic strategy and deliver performance growth.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent optimization and problem-solving skills.
• Confident client leadership and communication skills.
