What you will do

• Drive demand and revenue growth through DSPs, agency trading desks, and programmatic partners.
• Support the delivery of multi-market programmatic campaigns across European markets.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with SSPs, DSPs, and local market teams.
• Provide training and commercial best practices to local teams to scale capability.
• Monitor campaign performance and partner satisfaction to maximize inventory value.
• Collaborate with product and ad tech teams to launch new programmatic solutions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in programmatic advertising, digital media sales, or ad tech.
• Strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, and the wider programmatic ecosystem.
• Experience managing international partnerships or working across multiple markets.
• Strong commercial and analytical capabilities with a highly organized approach.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in digital audio or audio advertising.
