TL;DR
Networks Data Analytics Specialist (AI): Building analytics products, dashboards, and evidence-led insights from large-scale customer, network, and operational datasets with an accent on exploratory analysis, statistical modelling, and business decision support. Focus on integrating complex data sources, applying clustering and regression techniques, and solving network performance and customer experience challenges.
Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in offices in London, Birmingham, Bristol, Ipswich or Belfast, and 2 days remote.

What you will do
- Conduct exploratory analysis on large-scale customer, network and operational datasets.
- Translate complex business questions into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
- Build analytics products, dashboards, visualisations and insight-driven reports.
- Apply clustering, regression, significance testing and related statistical methods.
- Integrate, cleanse and analyse data from multiple sources to support reliable reporting.
- Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, architects, product teams and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Enterprise-scale exploratory data analysis experience using statistical techniques such as clustering, regression or principal component analysis.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets.
- Experience in data management, data modelling and statistical analysis in a commercial environment.
- Experience creating dashboards, visualisations and insight-driven reporting.
- Ability to communicate technical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with Python, R or similar analytics tools.
- Experience with Qlik, Apache Superset or other enterprise visualisation platforms.
- Mobile, telecommunications or network analytics experience.
- Experience with NPS, customer sentiment or customer experience data.
- Exposure to machine learning, artificial intelligence or predictive analytics.
