What you will do

• Prepare, configure, and distribute IT hardware including laptops, monitors, and smartphones.
• Install and perform basic configuration of operating systems and standard software.
• Support the IT team in handling simple support tickets and assisting employees with technical issues.
• Maintain and update hardware, asset, and inventory records through regular stock checks.
• Organize and maintain the IT storage area.
• Document completed tasks and maintain internal IT documentation.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student in Computer Science, Business Informatics, IT, or a comparable field.
• Basic knowledge of Windows devices and Microsoft Office applications.
• Structured, careful, and reliable way of working with a service-oriented attitude.
• Good English language skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
