Working Student – IT Support & Operations

Location: On-site in Gilching, Bavaria, Germany

hirify.global develops, designs, and produces small unmanned aerial systems, including electric vertical take-off and landing aircraft with edge computing and real-time AI-powered data processing.

What you will do

• Prepare, configure, distribute, receive, and inspect laptops, monitors, smartphones, and other IT equipment.
• Install operating systems and standard software and assist with basic hardware and software issues.
• Support simple IT support tickets and provide day-to-day operational assistance to the IT team.
• Maintain hardware, asset, inventory, and internal IT documentation.
• Prepare equipment for new employees and support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Organize the IT storage area and support regular stock checks.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a student, ideally in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or a comparable field.
• General interest in IT, hardware, and technical topics.
• Basic knowledge of Windows devices and Microsoft Office applications.
• Structured, careful, reliable, and service-oriented working style.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes and work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good English language skills required.
