What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of up to 15 biopharma accounts, focusing on end-to-end value acceleration.
• Deeply understand customer goals to align hirify.global solutions with their strategic objectives.
• Lead complex program management initiatives, balancing analytical rigor with execution speed.
• Drive product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term account health.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to surface insights that influence product and sales strategies.
• Maintain strong internal and external relationships through empathetic and proactive communication.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare technology and customer-facing roles.
• Must be within commutable distance to New York City, NY.
• Proven track record in strategic program and project management.
• Experience in RWD health analytics, CROs, or healthcare systems integrators.
• Deep understanding of RWD/RWE applications in pharmaceutical and life sciences.
• Knowledge of drug development and clinical trial processes.
• Not eligible for employment sponsorship.
