What you will do

• Coordinate and execute stock audits and cycle counts to identify discrepancies and minimize shrinkage.
• Oversee the receiving of deliveries, verifying quantity and quality before logging items into the inventory system.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and monitor stock-flow between the distribution center and the store.
• Implement new processes and action plans with the Stockroom Manager to reduce stock loss.
• Generate weekly and monthly inventory reports and investigate queries regarding missing stock for online orders.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a stockroom, preferably in a stock controller function.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Experience with software such as Storm, D365, or Shopify.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and high attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly in written and oral form.
• Must be able to work full-time on-site at the flagship boutique in Mayfair, London.
