Location: Hybrid in London (2 days WFH)

Salary: £30,000 - £32,500 / year

What you will do

  • Produce daily and weekly sales reports and trade analysis to identify key opportunities and risks.
  • Analyze returns, sizing, and pricing to improve stock performance and profitability.
  • Manage global brand performance by region, country, and category, focusing on stock and on-order balance.
  • Collaborate with Buying, Design, E-commerce, and Marketing teams to optimize customer experience.
  • Maintain range plans, business roll-ups, and delivery schedules for all global distribution centers.
  • Contribute to monthly and quarterly hindsight packs to influence future business planning.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a fashion retail head office.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools, line cards, and WSSIs.
  • Ability to derive actionable plans from complex data analysis.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload under pressure.
  • Must be based in or able to work in London.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge of Power BI.
  • Previous experience specifically at the Assistant Merchandiser level.
