What you will do

• Own day-to-day EUC operational outcomes for the assigned site to ensure reliable support and service quality.
• Partner with managed service vendors to track performance and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, user guides, and knowledge-base materials to improve service consistency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and represent end-user operational needs.
• Support governance, audit, and compliance activities to ensure accurate asset data and operational practices.
• Utilize automation and AI-enabled assistants to improve troubleshooting and operational productivity.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT operations, end-user computing, or service desk roles.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver operational workstreams with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into practical improvements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder and vendor management.
• Experience with IT service management, asset management, or cloud productivity environments.
• Must be able to work onsite in the Petaling Jaya office.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Google Workspace, Jamf, and Omnissa Workspace ONE.
• Experience in handling IT operational improvement projects or regional coordination.
• Exposure to workflow automation, scripting, or dashboarding.
