Engineer, IT & IS Systems (Medical Technology)

Location: On-site in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia; local and international travel required.

What you will do

• Manage and support IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, virtualization, and cloud services.
• Maintain business applications, ERP, Microsoft 365, and manufacturing and production systems.
• Support system validation, security, compliance, documentation, and system availability.
• Coordinate with vendors, global IT teams, stakeholders, and end users to resolve technical issues.
• Support IT projects, upgrades, migrations, integrations, digital transformation, and after-hours troubleshooting when required.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in IT systems engineering or a related role, including hands-on systems integration.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and system issues.
• Excellent organization, communication, and task-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Adaptable, collaborative, customer-focused, and committed to delivering quality IT services.
• Ability to work on-site in Pasir Gudang and perform extended periods of sitting, standing, walking, and computer or device use.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to undertake local and international travel.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Windows 11 and knowledge of system architecture.
• Experience with diverse systems, applications, and hardware.
• Experience in healthcare or medical device manufacturing environments.
