Service Engineer (Power Plant Monitoring) (Omnivise T3000/AWS): Collecting and analyzing diagnostic data from power plant control systems with an accent on remote I&C monitoring, automated data acquisition, and customer-facing diagnostic services. Focus on installing Data Agent, generating ICMA dashboards and reports, and supporting reliable operation across a fleet of more than 400 power plants.
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia; hybrid working arrangement. International collaboration with teams in Germany, Hungary, and Malaysia.

What you will do
- Manage the remote installation of Data Agent for Omnivise T3000 units.
- Support the remote monitoring platform, including automated data uploads to AWS and diagnostic dashboards in the Customer Portal.
- Execute ICMA System Check services and produce diagnostic reports for control system components.
- Support remote I&C data acquisition and analytics for more than 400 power plants worldwide.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for ICMA System Check services.
- Help improve the resilience and reliability of energy systems.
Requirements
- Strong technical background; a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Technical skills in IT system administration, network topology, and scripting.
- Interest in power plant computer architectures, including servers, clients, firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Solution-oriented, proactive, communicative, collaborative, and problem-solving approach.
- Ability to work with customers worldwide and demonstrate intercultural sensitivity.
- Willingness to travel abroad, including to Germany, for training.
