Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer

What you will do

• Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and equipment across endpoint, network, server, storage, and cloud environments.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and infrastructure issues.
• Gather business requirements and support the planning of LAN layouts, backups, telecommunications, and regional IT services.
• Facilitate infrastructure deployments, including endpoint devices, networking hardware, servers, and storage solutions.
• Lead technical projects, vendor collaborations, stakeholder management, procurement, and service-level follow-up.
• Create operational documentation, conduct internal training, and support IT audits and user acceptance testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5–7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, end-user support, or related roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, MacOS, Office 365, SCCM, and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience supporting PC hardware, peripherals, mobile devices, conference room technologies, and basic network connectivity.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, customer focus, independent judgment, and ability to manage multiple end-user-impacting projects.
• Knowledge of ITIL standards and established technology support processes.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Linux workstations and servers.
