Flex-Tek is a global manufacturing company producing products for the aerospace, construction, and heating markets.
What you will do
- Manage daily invoicing and cash application across multiple locations.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports for supervisors and department heads.
- Prepare, review, and distribute weekly and monthly customer statements.
- Cross-train across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll functions.
- Support customer service excellence within the accounts receivable group.
- Implement best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy, and assist senior management as needed.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two years or less of experience.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of ERP software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

- Experience with EPICOR ERP.
