Internal Sales & Service Officer (Maternity Cover)

What you will do

• Manage SAP sales order entry, contract reviews, quotations, order acknowledgments, document flow, freight methods, and customer communication records.
• Provide timely customer service and support internal and external stakeholders to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support external sales by handling customer inquiries, RFQs, POs, and other commercial activities.
• Review order books, forecasts, production planning, and product readiness to support budget, delivery, and on-time-delivery targets.
• Administer the CRM as the ANZ regional superuser and participate in system upgrades, enhancements, projects, and UAT.
• Identify process gaps, improve operational efficiency, and coordinate escalation and complaint resolution with Operations and other functions.

Requirements

• Professional knowledge of common computer software, including Microsoft Office and Windows Explorer.
• Ability to understand the form and function of mechanical products and apply problem-solving skills.
• Experience in SAP Sales and Distribution is preferred.
• Exposure to sales and marketing of industrial products is preferred.
